The Beginning

Dear readers, Miera here.. I decided to create this blog in order to share with all of you about my journey when I was overweight until I'm in my normal weight. I HATE eating healthy and I HATE exercising. Those things are not in my dictionary so they are not important. Because of that since I could remember, I was always big and everywhere I go people would call me fat and making fun of me. When I was young, I would just ignore all those criticises about my body but when I started high school, those words would just get to me and it hurts my feelings. What can I say.. I'm getting old XD. Anyway, I despised those people that ridicule me but most of all I despise my own body for being fat and ugly. I remember looking at the mirror and feeling embarrassed at my self. lets just say I have flab everywhere. I tried dieting and exercising but it just doesn't work. Like I said before "I HATE eating healthy and I HATE exercising. Those things are not in my dictionary so they are not important". Well I would say I'm very good at making excuses.
All of that just continued on until I was in my final year as a university student. During my 1st semester on my final year, my weight was 68 kg and my height is 158 cm. So yeah the BMI are not normal. One day I was just thinking that "This is my final year here, the last year that I can focus only on myself". This statement is because when I'm home I have other obligations such as taking care of the house and so on. I'm a routine kind of gal so if the environmental is change the routine get disrupt, it would take a while for me to get used to the new routine. That's why at that point I decided to change. Briefly, I CHANGE my way of life. I started eating healthy (more fiber than fat and carbohydrate in my diet), I started exercising regularly (Jogging twice a week and doing simple workouts in my room daily). Luckily my friends supported me all the way. This is the crucial thing having someone to monitor and support us. It made the process much easier. Slowly I started to lose weight and that encouraged me to keep going until I was 53 kg in my final days at the university. Yes I did lose all of those weight less than a year and I tell you its not impossible. I just graduated on the 30th November 2017. This year baby!!
I know what you're thinking.. show me proof!! Well I'm sorry but I'm a bit reluctant to post my pictures to public. Lets just say I like to be in the shadows 😃..
But that's not the real issue here. My purpose is to share with you how to change our lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle. Don't worry I will share with you what I did and still do in great details plus others things that adds to living a healthy life. So its up to you to keep reading or just back out.
