To lose weight we
have to take a balance diet and the infographic says it all. We just have to do
our best to follow it. I know its very hard to fight temptation when the food
is calling but let start small. For me, I ate twice a day breakfast and dinner
only and drink lots of sky water (plain water). I rarely (only on special
occasions) drink soft drinks or any other beverages that contains sugar. You
would be very surprise to see the results when you start to just drink plain
water.
*Note to self don't
force yourself too much because the body will get upset and it will effect your
motivation. Its crucial to remember this. Please start small. I'm used to
eating 2 times a day but I reduce the amount of food on the plate. My diet will
always have 45% fiber, 30% carbohydrate and 25% protein. If that is still hard
for you, eat regularly but in small quantity (use a small plate). Cut all junk
foods to twice or trice per month. One more thing, don't forget to properly
chew your food at least 30-40 time per bite. I know its very tiring but trust
me you will feel full faster. Plus it really helps your stomach to digest food
easier.
Try first and find
the best diet that your body can tolerate. Remember don't push yourself too
hard but don't take it too lightly. Just be moderate.
